Notice

The Regional Director-General for the Gulf Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, hereby gives notice that the area listed below is closed for fishing of any bivalve molluscs in the Province of New Brunswick.

  1. Waters of Caraquet River inside a line drawn from Pointe des Deux Rivières at grid reference 4580 9380 to south shore at rue Pinet at grid reference 4666 9295. Refer to Map Grande- Anse 21 P/14.

Note : When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid System set out in the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).
