Notice

The Associate Regional Director-General for the Maritimes Region, Gulf Fisheries, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, hereby gives notice that the area listed below is closed for fishing of any bivalve molluscs in the Province of New Brunswick.

  1. That portion of Caraquet Harbour, Gloucester County, inside a line drawn from grid reference 4750 9340 to grid reference 4783 9359 to grid reference 4839 9337 to grid reference 4892 9346 to grid reference 4984 9300 to grid reference 4960 9275 (Refer to map Grande-Anse 21P/14).

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid System set out in the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).
