Notice

The Regional Director General for the Gulf Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans hereby gives notice that the area(s) listed below is closed for fishing for any species of clams, mussels, oysters and any other bivalve molluscs including bay scallops in the Province of New Brunswick:

The waters of the Baie Saint-Simon-Sud southeast of a line drawn from Pointe-au-Bouleau at grid reference 365250E 5288750N to grid reference 366750E 5290900N then to grid reference 369000E 5292500N and then to Pointe-Brûlé at grid reference 369250E 5291850N.

Note:  When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid System set out in the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).
