Pursuant to the Fishery (General) Regulations and by Gulf Region Close Time Variation Order 2017-039, the groundfish fishery for groundfish mobile gear vessel classes B1 to B220, C1 to C5999, D1 to D220 and E to Z will be closed in areas located north of Orphan Bank, beginning on June 15, 2017 until December 31, 2017 and from January 1 to December 31 for every year thereafter;.
