Pursuant to the Fishery (General) Regulations, the Aboriginal Communal Fishing Licenses Regulations and by Gulf Region Close Time Variation Order 2017-042, the groundfish fishery for groundfish mobile gear vessel classes B1 to B220, C1 to C5999, D1 to D220 and E to Z will remain closed in areas located north of Orphan Bank, until December 31, 2017 and from January 1 to December 31 for every year thereafter.
