Notice

The Regional Director General for the Gulf Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, hereby gives notice that the area listed below is closed for fishing for any species of clams, mussels, oysters and any other bivalve molluscs, including bay scallops, in the Province of New Brunswick:

1. Waters of Tabusintac River and all its tributaries, upstream from a line drawn at the following Latitude/Longitude positions; from 47.347235°, -65.021664° to 47.347659°, -65.017033°. (Refer to maps Tabusintac River 21 P/6 and Wishart Point 21 P/7. 

Note: The Latitude and Longitude positions are express in decimal, degrees based on the datum World Geodetic Coordinate System 1984 (WGS84) which is equivalent to the North American Datum 1983 (NAD 83) system.
