The Regional Director General for the Gulf Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans hereby gives notice that the area(s) listed below is closed for fishing for any species of clams, mussels, oysters and any other bivalve molluscs including bay scallops in the Province of New Brunswick:

The waters of the Baie Saint-Simon-Sud southeast of a line drawn from Pointe-au-Bouleau at grid reference 47.7401009 -64.7966995 to grid reference 47.7597008 -64.7773972 then to grid reference 47.774601 -64.7478027 and then to Pointe-Brûlé at grid reference 47.7687988 -64.7443008.

Note: The Latitude and Longitude positions are express in decimal, degrees based on the datum World Geodetic Coordinate System 1984 (WGS84) which is equivalent to the North American Datum 1983 (NAD 83) system.
