Notice

As per the Summerside Conditional Management Plan, the Conditionally Restricted area as described below is placed in Closed Status starting on July 16, 2020.  Harvesting, relay and depuration are not permitted:

Conditionally Restricted area placed in Closed Status:

1) Dunk River between a line drawn from grid reference 441287E 5133857N to 442358E 5134347N and a line drawn from grid reference 443496E 5133218N to 444035E 5133818N.

2) Bedeque Bay and Summerside Harbour inside a line drawn from grid reference 432070E 5138063N on Ives Point to grid reference 437634E 5135697N on MacCallum’s Point thence from grid reference 438398E 5135607N on MacCallum’s Point to 439349E 5135616N on Holman Island and a line drawn from grid reference 439757E 5135629N on Holman Island to grid reference 441184E 5136731N on Schurman’s Point.

Note: All Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) coordinates are based on North American Datum 1983 and are located in UTM Zone 20

All prohibited areas also remain closed at all times.
