NOTICE

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, issues the Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. SSN-2013-174 which closes the following areas to fishing for all species of clams, all mussels, all whelks, all oysters and Bay scallops:

 1.  That portion of Liverpool Bay and Mersey River, inside a line drawn from grid reference 368398 4878749 to grid reference 366666 4872368 on Western Head.  Refer to maps Liverpool 21A/02 and Port Mouton 20P/15.

 Note:           When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (NAD 1983).
