The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, opens the fishing for all clams, all mussels, all whelks, all oysters and Bay scallops in the following areas:

 

The following area within or adjacent to Charlotte County, New Brunswick:


The portion of Passamaquoddy Bay inside a line drawn from grid reference 655109 4991779 to grid reference 650968 4993177 (Joes Point) to grid reference 652334 4992017 (Navy Island) to grid reference 354083 4990866.  Refer to Map St. Stephen 21 G/03.

 

 

NOTE:           When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1983).
