NOTICE
The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, issues the Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-STN-2014-010 which closes the following areas to fishing for all species of clams, all mussels, all oysters and Bay scallops:
That portion of the Bay of Fundy inside a line drawn from grid reference 7160 9174 at Ray Point to grid reference 6978 9290, thence to grid reference 6905 9159, and thence along the outer limit of the foreshore of Back Bay to grid reference 6600 8920 at Greens Point. Refer to map
St. George 21 G/2.
Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).
