NOTICE
The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, issues the Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-STN-2014-015, which closes the following areas to fishing for any bivalve molluscs:
The foreshore and waters within 300 m of Ross Island, between grid reference 7968 5038 on Ross Island and grid reference 8029 4890 on Ross Island (refer to map Grand Manan Island 21B/10, & 21 B/6,7,11).
Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (NAD 1927).
