NOTICE 

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, issues the Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order MAR-SSNP-2014-002 which closes the following areas to fishing for all species of clams, all mussels, all whelks, all oysters and Bay scallops: 

That portion of Spry Bay inside a line drawn from grid reference 530207 4964807 to grid reference 530738 4964624. Refer to map 11D/15 Tangier.

                                                                                         

Note:   When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid                                references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set                                     out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by                                          the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (NAD 1983).
