The Regional Director-General, for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2014-022, closing the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, mussels, oysters, all whelks and bay scallops:
The waters within 3 km of the following coastline and islands.
The Inverness-Victoria County line west of Meat Cove to a point at 701721E / 5195702N near White Point, Victoria County including the waters of Aspy Bay, and North and South Harbours
Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in geographic coordinates, all geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) are expressed in the North American Datum 1983 (NAD 83) geodetic reference system.
