The Regional Director-General, for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-STN-2014-023, closing the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, mussels, oysters, all whelks and bay scallops
That portion of Lepreau Basin and Maces Bay, Charlotte County, New Brunswick inside a line drawn from grid reference 9855 9935 to grid reference 9674 9970, and thence to grid reference 9650 0000 on Ragged Point and inside another line drawn from grid reference 9890 0018 to grid reference 9870 9980. Refer to maps St. George 21 G/2 and Musquash 21 G/1.
Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).
