Notice

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, opens the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, oysters, all whelks and bay scallops:

The following areas within or adjacent to Annapolis County, Nova Scotia:

 

The foreshore and tidal waters extending out to the low water mark of Goat Island.  (Refer to map Digby 21A/12.

 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources.
