The Regional Director-General Maritimes Region, Fisheries & Oceans Canada gives notice that the scallop meat count and shell height variation order 2015-014 is in effect and is varying the number of meats per 500 G to be 45 and the limit on the shell height to be 75 mm in scallop fishing areas 28A, 28B, 28C, and 28D except for that portion of scallop fishing area 28B known as the Grey Zone and enclosed by a straight line joining the following points in the order in which they are listed, is varied to be 55 meats per 500 G:

Effective January 13, 2015 and remain in force unless otherwise revoked, at which time the meat count and shell height will revert to that set out in said regulations.
The Maritimes Region Scallop Meat Count and Shell Height Variation Order 2011-093 and 2003-045(Scot’s Bay) is hereby revoked.
