Pursuant to Subsection 6.(1) of the Fishery (General) Regulations, the Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada gives notice, that the close time variation order MAR-VAR-2015-089 is in effect so that fishing for scallop by vessel class C4201 to C4449 in that portion of scallop fishing areas 28B and 28C (known as Scallop Production Area 1B) enclosed by straight lines joining the following points in the order in which they are listed is prohibited  effective August 6, 2015 at 17:00 hours to December 31, 2015 at 23:59 hours.
