Notice

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, opens the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, oysters, all whelks, and Bay scallops:

A portion of Clam Harvesting Area 7 (sub-sector 9A), namely Little Lepreau Basin East, New Brunswick and described as: 

That portion of Little Lepreau Basin inside a line drawn from grid reference 9870 9980 to grid reference 9890 0018, and a line drawn from grid reference 9980 9980 to 9980 0020.  Refer to map Musquash 21 G/1. 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).

The Maritimes Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-STN-2015-017 is hereby revoked.
