Notice

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, opens the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, oysters, all whelks, and Bay scallops:

A portion of Clam Harvesting Area 7 (sub-sector 14A), namely Letang Harbour & River, New Brunswick and described as: 

That portion of Letang Harbour and Letang River inside a line drawn from grid reference 7160 9175 at Ray Point to grid reference 7170 9065 at Letang Head.  Refer to map St. George 21 G/2. 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).

The Maritimes Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-STN-2015-010 is hereby revoked.
