The Regional Director-General, for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2015-019, closing the following areas to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, mussels, oysters, all whelks and bay scallops: 

North Harbour, Aspy Bay Cape Breton:

All waters inside a line drawn from point 693453E 5199521N to 693462E 5199431N be closed to the harvest of shellfish. (NAD83)
