The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, opens the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, mussels, oysters, all whelks, and bay scallops:
North Harbour, Aspy Bay Cape Breton:
All waters inside a line drawn from point 693453E 5199521N to 693462E 5199431N is open to the harvest of shellfish. (NAD83)
The Maritimes Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2015-019, is hereby revoked.
For further information contact your local Fishery Officer and refer to Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order REV-MAR-SSN-2015-019 signed on October 9, 2015.
