Notice

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, opens the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, oysters, all whelks, and bay scallops: 

A portion of Clam Harvest Area 7 (sub-sector 16B) namely McCann Cove, New Brunswick described as:

  1.  That portion of McCann Cove inside a line drawn from grid reference 5350 9908 to grid reference 5340 9877. Refer to map St. Stephen 21 G/3. 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927). 

The Maritimes Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2015-003,  is hereby revoked.
