Notice

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, opens the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahogs, oysters, whelks, and bay scallops: 

A portion of Clam Harvesting Area 7 (sub-sector 12A), namely Pocologan Harbour (Conditional Area), New Brunswick and described as: 

  1. That portion of Pocologan Harbour inside a line drawn from grid reference 9073 9849 at McCarthys Point to grid reference 9030 9935.  Refer to map St. George 21 G/2. 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927). 

The Maritimes Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-STN-2015-001, is hereby revoked.
