Notice

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada gives notice that the following close time variation orders for fishing scallops in portions of Scallop Fishing Areas(SFA) 28A, 28B, 28C and 28D are hereby revoked.

 

1. Variation Order 2002-162, SFA 28A area Burns Point to Parkers Cove

2. Variation Order 2005-012, SFA 28A area Sandy Cove to Whipple Point

3. Variation Order 2005-013, SFA 28A area Burns Point to Sandy Cove

4. Variation Order 2007-021, SFA 28B area Parkers Cove to Port Lorne

5. Variation Order 2008-010, SFA 28B area Cape Spencer to Point Wolfe, N.B.

6. Variation Order 2008-015, SFA 28C & 28D Portions of SFA 28C & 28D

 

The inshore scallop license condition reflects the closed areas in portions of SFA 28A, 28B, 28C, and 28D.

 

This Order shall come into force on the date of signature and remains in force, unless otherwise revoked, at which time the close time shall revert to that set out in said Regulations..
