The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, opens the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, oysters, whelks, and bay scallops:  

 

A portion of Clam Harvest Area 7 (sub-sector 16C) namely Oak Bay West (Conditional Area), New Brunswick described as:

 

  1. The western portion of Oak Bay inside a line drawn from grid reference 4276 0546 (Campbells Point) to grid reference 4469 0473 to grid reference 4310 0927 to grid reference 4260 0885 thence to grid reference 4220 0900 then to grid reference 4190 0800 thence along the west shore of Oak Bay to grid reference 4276 0546 (Campbells Point).  Refer to map St. Stephen 21 G/3. 

 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).

The Maritimes Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2016-005, is hereby revoked.
