Notice

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, opens the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, oysters, all whelks, and bay scallops:

A portion of Clam Harvest Area 7 (sub-sector 16B) namely Digdeguash Harbour, New Brunswick described as:

  1. That portion of Digdeguash Harbour inside lines drawn from grid reference 6060 0290 to grid reference 5966 0277 on Glass Point and grid reference 6020 0490 to grid reference 6025 0490.  Refer to map St. George 21 G/2.

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (North American Datum 1927).

The Maritimes Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2016-009 is hereby revoked.
