Notice

The Regional Director-General, for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. SSN-2000-017, closing the following area to fishing for any bivalve molluscs:

 That portion of Saint John Harbour, Saint John County, New Brunswick, inside a line drawn from grid reference 3490 1115 on Black Point to grid reference 2394 0800 on Lorneville Point.  Refer to map Musquash 21 G/1.

 Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources. NAD 1927.
