The Regional Director-General, for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MAR-SSN-2012-106, closing the following area to fishing for all clams, all mussels, all whelks, all oysters and Bay scallops:

 

The following areas within or adjacent to Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia:

 

That portion of Beaver Harbour at Port Dufferin inside a line drawn from grid refernce 548265 4972814 to grid reference 548963 4972784 at Church Point. Refer to map Ecum Secum 11 D/16.
