The Regional Director General, for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. SSN-2009-033, closing the following area to fishing for any bivalve molluscs:

                                              

 The following areas within or adjacent to Saint John County, New Brunswick:

 

That portion of Musquash Harbour and Musquash River between a line drawn from grid reference 716098 5002542 at Western Head to grid reference 717141 5002703 at Musquash Head and a line drawn from grid reference 711088 5005853 to grid reference 711306 5006107. Refer to map Musquash 21G/1

 

 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources. (North American Datum 1983).
