The Regional Director General, for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. SSN-2013-014, closing the following area to fishing for any bivalve molluscs:

                                              

 

The following areas within or adjacent to North Harbour, Cape Breton,  Nova Scotia:

 

The portion of NorthHarbour inside straight lines drawn from grid reference 692484 5197868  to grid reference 692718 5197723.  Refer to Map Dingwall 11K/16.

                

Provincial Lease Number 1090.

 

 

Note: When the boundary of an area is expressed in grid references, those grid references are based on the Universal Transverse Mercator Grid system set out on the National Topographic Series Map, Scale 1:50,000 published by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources.  (North American Datum 1983)
