The Regional Director General Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MTN-2017-007, closing the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, mussels, oysters, all whelks and bay scallops: 

The following area within or adjacent to:Red Head Harbour to Black's Harbour: 

That portion of the Bay of Fundy inside a line drawn from a point at 45.1018°N 66.5979°W at Red Head Harbour, to a point at 45.0690°N 66.6396°W South of Seeley's Head, to a point at 45.0280°N 66.8104°W south of Pea Point, to a point at 45.0493°N 66.8186°W at Letang Head. 

NOTE: The coordinates are expressed using the datum World Geographic Coordinate System 1984 (WGS84). 

The Maritimes Region Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. STN-2009-032 is hereby revoked by MTN-2017-008(rev) and MAR-STN-2014-001 is hereby revoked by MTN-2017-009(rev).
