Pursuant to subsection 6.(1) of the Fishery (General) Regulations, the Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans Canada gives notice that the close time variation order MAR-VAR-2017-093 is in effect so that fishing for scallops in that portion of Scallop Fishing Area 27 for Cell Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 enclosed by straight lines joining the following points in the order in which they are listed is prohibited from June 1, 2017 at 00:01 hours to June 30, 2017 at 23:59 hours:
