The Regional Director General, Maritimes Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MSN-2017-041, closing the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, mussels, oysters, all whelks and bay scallops: 

A portion of Clam Harvesting Area 3, namely Etang Bourgeois, West Pubnico, Yarmouth Co Nova Scotia, described as:

The following area within or adjacent to Étang Bourgeois, West Pubnico, Nova Scotia: 

All the tidal and foreshore waters of Étang Bourgeois at 43 .63428 North x 65 .81221 West. 

NOTE: Any coordinates are expressed using the datum World Geographic Coordinate System 1984 (WGS84).
