Notice

Pursuant to Subsection 6.(1) of the Fishery (General) Regulations, the Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, gives notice by Maritimes Region Fishing meat count Variation Order MAR-VAR-2018-038 that:

No person shall catch and retain or have on board a vessel any scallop the number of meats of which exceed an average count of 50 meats per 500 grams in that portion Scallop Fishing Area 27 listed in the following table (GEORGES B).
