Pursuant to Subsection 6.(1) of the Fishery (General) Regulations, the Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, gives notice by Maritimes Region Fishing quota and size limit Variation Order MAR-VAR-2017-070 that:

No person shall catch and retain or have on board a vessel any scallop the number of meats of which exceed an average count of 50 meats per 500 grams or any scallop with a shell height less 80 mm caught in that portion of Scallop Fishing Area 27 listed in the following table (Georges B).
