The Regional Director General Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Maritimes Region, issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No. MSN-2018-022, closing the following area to fishing for all species of clams, quahaugs, mussels, oysters, all whelks and bay scallops:
A portion of Clam Harvest Area 7 (sub-sector 14A) namely Hatts Cove, New Brunswick described as:
That portion of Letang Harbour, known as Hatts Cove, located inside a line drawn from a point at 45° 4’ 55.05600” N 66° 49’ 24.67200” W to a point at 45° 4’ 48.82800” N 66° 49’ 16.03200” W.

Note: The coordinates are expressed using the datum World Geographic Coordinate System 1984 (WGS84).
