issues Contaminated Fisheries Prohibition Order No.: MTN-2019-004

 

Closing the following area:

 

Place Name: Brier Island to Cape Split, Digby, Annapolis and Kings County

 

The foreshore and waters within one mile of Nova Scotia in the Bay of Fundy between

44.18841° north latitude, 66.39472° west longitude at Brier Island and 45.33480° north

latitude, 64.49605° west longitude at Cape Split, but not including the areas set out in

paragraph (a):

 

(a) the waters of Annapolis Basin inside a line joining 44.69175° north latitude, 65.78609°

west longitude. (Light Tower at Prim Point) to 44.68675° north latitude, 65.75942° west

longitude. (Fog Alarm Building)

 

Note: The coordinates are expressed using the datum World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS84).
