That portion of Dover Bay inside of a line from 45.26961° north latitude, 61.03249° west
longitude near Black Duck Cove to 45.27179° north latitude, 61.00158° west longitude on
West side of Little Dover Island and a line drawn between 45.27153° north latitude,
60.98577° west longitude on East side of Little Dover Island to 45.27153° north latitude,
60.98549° west longitude in Little Dover Run near Ghost Cove.
