That portion of Inhabitants Bay and River inside of a line from 45.54803° north latitude,
61.28783° west longitude at Bear Head to 45.56066° north latitude, 61.22631° west
longitude on Turbalton Head on Rabbit Island then to the east end of Rabbit Island at
45.56282° north latitude, 61.19749° west longitude to 45.56617° north latitude, 61.19273°
west longitude on Doirons Point.
