That portion of Clarks Harbour inside a line drawn from 43.45728° north latitude,

65.65549° west longitude on West Head to 43.42979° north latitude, 65.65120° west

longitude on North End of Fish Island then to 43.41920° north latitude, 65.64800° west

longitude on South End of Fish Island then to 43.41712° north latitude, 65.64769° west

longitude at Radcliffe Hills.
