Notice

The Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, for Fisheries and Oceans gives notice that the Close Time Variation Orders MAR-VAR-2019-046 is in effect so that fishing for scallops by vessel class C4201 to C4449 (Midbay Vessels) in that portion of Scallop Fishing Area 28B known as Scallop Production Area 6 (6A, 6B, 6C, 6D) is prohibited effective February 15, 2019 at 22:00 hours until February 18, 2019 at 06:00 hours, and from February 22, 2019 at 22:00 hours until January 14, 2020 at 06:00 hours.

 

That portion of Scallop Fishing Area 28B known as Scallop Production Area 6 (6A, 6B, 6C and 6D). Bound by straight lines joining the following points in the order in which they are listed:
