That portion of Whycocomagh Bay inside a line drawn from a point at 45.93787° north

latitude, 61.12670° west longitude near Pooles Pond to a point at 45.93998° north latitude,

61.12928° west longitude thence to a point at 45.93995° north latitude, 61.13627° west

longitude thence to a point at 45.94476° north latitude, 61.13979° west longitude thence to a

point at 45.94739° north latitude, 61.11537° west longitude on Indian Island, thence along

the shore inside of Indian Island to a point at 45.96168° north latitude, 61.12039° west

longitude on Indian Island and thence to a point at 45.96478° north latitude, 61.11031° west

longitude.
