That portion of Mahone Bay (Indian Point) inside of a line drawn from a point at 44.45422°
north latitude, 64.31964° west longitude to a point at 44.45509° north latitude, 64.31711°
west longitude thence to a point at 44.45985° north latitude, 64.31068° west longitude and
thence to a point at 44.46514° north latitude, 64.30589° west longitude.
