Notice

Pursuant to Subsection 6(1) of the Fishery (General) Regulations, the Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Fisheries and Oceans gives notice by Variation Order MAR-VAR-2019-095 that the minimum length for mackerel, in Mackerel Fishing Areas 17-21, is set at 26.8 centimeters or 268 mm. The Order shall come into force on May 30, 2019 at 06:00 hours and remains in force unless otherwise revoked, at which time the size limit shall revert to that set out in said Regulations. 

 

The Maritimes Region Minimum Length Variation Order MAR-VAR-2014-065 is hereby revoked.
