    • The foreshore and waters within 300m of the following islands in the Bay of Fundy: Frye Island, Douglas Island, Hog Island, Morans Island, Eagle Island, Spruce Island, White Head Island, Bliss Island, Man of War Island, Howards Island, Flea Island, Mink Island, Fox Island, Bar Island, Hills Island, and Jail Island.
