closing the following area:

That portion of the Ross Island Thoroughfare and Grand Harbour between a line drawn from a point at 44.66713 N 66.74990 W at Fish Fluke Point, Ross Island, to a point at 44.68083 N 66.75548 W at Philips Point, Grand Manan Island and a line drawn from a point at 44.69063 N 66.73381 W (Southern end of Priest Cove) on Grand Manan Island to a point at 44.68632 N 66.73200 W (Northern tip of Ross Island) on Ross Island, and also the foreshore and tidal waters within 120 m of the eastern shore of Nantucket Island from a point at 44.70188 N 66.72445 W on the northern tip to a point at 44.69288 N 66.72200 W on the southern tip.
Note: The coordinates are expressed using the datum World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS84).
