That portion of Grande Passe from a point at 43.79634° north latitude, 65.90675° west
longitude on Roberts Island to a seaward a point at 43.79597° north latitude, 65.90984°
west longitude and thence to a point at 43.80513° north latitude, 65.91306° west longitude.
