That portion of the Argyle River between a line drawn from a point at 43.79427° north
latitude, 65.86926° west longitude and a point at 43.79418° north latitude, 65.86565° west
longitude (the highway 3 bridge) and a line drawn from a point at 43.78878° north latitude,
65.86671° west longitude to a point at 43.78952° north latitude, 65.86461° west longitude.
