That portion of Annapolis Basin, inside a straight line drawn from a point at 44.64872°
north latitude, 65.75775° west longitude to a point at 44.64877° north latitude, 65.75398°
west longitude then to a point at 44.64531° north latitude, 65.75268° west longitude and to
a point at 44.64412° north latitude, 65.75641° west longitude near the Admiral Digby.
